Hardcover Deluxe March 11
Hardcover Deluxe: Multi-Signature Bookbinding
This two-part workshop is designed for those ready to dive deeper into the art of bookbinding. Across two sessions, you’ll create a full cloth hardcover journal from start to finish, using salvaged and repurposed materials.
We’ll build a multi-signature book—the classic style with lots of pages—by folding and sewing signatures, constructing a reinforced spine, and covering with cloth. Along the way, you’ll explore different ways to personalize your journal, from unique endpapers to custom design details, ensuring each book reflects your style.
By the end of the second session, you’ll walk away with a sturdy, hand bound hardcover journal that’s beautiful, functional, and truly one of a kind.
